Who we are

What this site collects
Contact form. If you submit the form on our Contact page, we receive the fields you provide (such as name, email, organization, and message) to respond to your inquiry. Do not submit sensitive health or financial information unless we explicitly request it.
Server and security logs. Like most sites, our hosting environment may log technical data (for example IP address, user agent, and timestamp) for security and reliability.
Analytics and cookies. Embedded media (for example YouTube players) or third-party tools may set cookies or collect device or usage data under those providers’ policies. If we add first-party analytics or advertising tags, we will update this policy to name them and describe any choices available to you.
How we use information
We use inquiries to communicate with you, coordinate interviews or press requests, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information as a line of business. If our practices change in ways that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under U.S. state privacy laws, we will describe that here and provide any required opt-out mechanism.
Retention
Retention periods depend on the nature of the message and legal obligations. Editorial and business records may be kept longer than routine spam attempts.

Pages may link or embed third parties (for example YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcast hosts, or Wellness Pulse when you open an anonymous survey we link to). Their terms and privacy policies govern their collection of data when you interact with their widgets or leave our site.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us at contact@kfn.one and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
