Middle East Technical University greets the world with a line that is also a dare: “WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD.” Better known in Turkey as ODTÜ, METU is an English-medium public research university in Çankaya, Ankara, with a forested campus culture, a Northern Cyprus campus, and ODTÜ Teknokent—one of the country’s defining university–industry technoparks.
